Rīhari Warnock is a Manawatū-born artist based on Te Motu Ārai Roa – Waiheke Island. His works draw from te taiao, evoking the forest at night and the currents and creatures of wai māori. Rīhari’s work reflects his ties to whakapapa and ecology and is grounded in contrast and movement by his background in tattooing.
